I like running.

I like running a long way (if I’m allowed the time).

I’m interested in the science behind sports performance BUT, I’m more interested in how stuff effects me.  Science can be great but n=1 is far more relevant if I (or you) are the 1.  Never dismiss an anecdote as we are all individuals and it could just be the thing that makes or breaks you.

I’m into Low Carb, High Fat fuelling; it works for me.  I’m not going to force it on anyone else but I find it works.  If you read my writing and learn something that would be great, if you read it and choose to ignore everything I’ve written, I’m cool with that.  Please enjoy it though, that would make it worthwhile.
